NCLEX-RN MOCK TEST 1

Hello,
KenyanNurse has made another important stride and we are here to announce the good news to our fellow nurses from Kenya that they can now access and revise NCLEX-RN questions through our link. There will be 24/7 online support, consultation and clarifications to all those preparing for NCLEX-RN exam with the help of our very own Simiyu Paul_RN who has proved to be competent and indefatigable IELTS, CBT and NCLEX-RN Trainer.

All Kenyan Nurses registering to work in the states must pass National Council Licensure Examinations for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN).
One needs enough time for preparations. It is a challenging test that requires you to apply Nursing knowledge to practice and critical thinking skills. It is recommended to take at least 1-2 months to review for the test.
Being a computerized adaptive test (CAT) exam, the computer selects questions based on your ability and competence as demonstrated on your answer to the previous question. Most of the questions on the NCLEX-RN are written at the application and analysis level. Test questions integrate the nursing process and the four client needs. Questions will be presented in a variety of formats such as multiple choice, multiple response or Select All That Apply (SATA), fill-in-the-blank, calculation, drag and drop, and/or hot spot. Questions may include multimedia such as charts, tables, graphics, sound and video.
Our NCLEX-RN online Mock tests are based on the newly updated syllabus. It contains questions in the same format as that of the actual NCLEX-RN exam ensuring that the overseas nurses pass the exam by preparing with this material.

We wish you success as you prepare for your NCLEX-RN Exam and in your American Dream journey!!!

Airway maintenance A priority for patients who have undergone a total laryngectomy is for them to learn how to care for their new airway.

Which changes are expected in a patient after undergoing a total laryngectomy?

After a laryngectomy, the esophagus and trachea no longer share the common space. You'll need to learn a new way of swallowing to account for this change. You'll breathe through a surgical hole in your neck called a stoma. The stoma is a substitute for the normal breathing pathway that's modified during surgery.
