• I give this a 4 star rating. The unlock code worked. It came quickly. The purchase process was straight-forward. Why not 5 stars Its expensive compared to other similar services. I came to this site after I tried one that charged £5. They were unable to calculate a code and gave me a refund. However, I do think £17 is a high price to pay for the service. Lastly, the information about how to enter the code was unclear. The acronyms in the "how to" (e.g. NCK, SPCK, RJCK) did not map to the words used to describe the codes delivered (NETWORK, PROVIDER, UNFREEZE, EXTRA). It would be better to have the same words used in both. Scrub the acronyms. However, 4* for a good service that unlocked my phone. Thank you very much.
