4. Esteem Needs--Need for respect from others and the need for self-respect.
5. Self-Actualization--The highest level of need is that of self-actualization, or a person reaching his or her potential by making the most of unique abilities. At this level people are free to be creative, spontaneous, interested, and objective and they have a general appreciation of life.
